We chose Gathering Events for our corporate launch events across Australia. Booking with Stephanie was straightforward, and she accommodated all our requirements. We also worked with Phoebe, Claudia, and Matt, who were all very professional and communicated well. Their forms made organizing logistics simple. The baristas at each location were excellent, and staff gave positive feedback. The carts, decorated with umbrellas and flowers, added a nice touch. I would highly recommend their services.

I can't thank Stephanie, Jennie and their team enough for their prompt assistance at the 11th hour to assist me with getting a gelato cart sorted for an event. The Staff who assisted on the day were amazing. The gelato was delicious, feedback from attendees on the day were fantastic and I can't wait to book another cart with them in the future. Adam & Jen and the crew are awesome! We held our wedding at Maleny Retreat and Gathering Events had our service of alcohol covered - They helped with quantities and advice on what to serve to our guests. We even had the guys do espresso martini's which went down a treat with our everyone! Jen also helped co-oridinate our special day and we couldn't thank her enough! I could not recommend Jenny and her team highly enough. Their entire team is a joy to work with - so accommodating, helpful and personable. This is a perfect addition to any event - big or small. You won't be disappointed, they really know their stuff and client experience seems to be at the top of their priority list. I wish all suppliers/businesses worked at this calibre!

My recent experience with Gathering Events was fantastic. I held a 30th birthday party at my house and the process/Setup was smooth and Adam and Jen were amazing! The cocktails were absolutely delicious and glasses were full all night. Cannot fault the service, will definitely use again.

We had Gathering Events run our bar at our garden wedding this month. From the first email I was impressed but I didn't yet know that they would offer such a professional and impeccable service. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with in the lead up and answered all my questions promptly and confidently (even when I was stressing about numbers vs bar staff). Then on the day they well and truly delivered. Friends of ours raved about Adam at the bar and we felt like we could relax knowing that our guests were never thirsty or waiting too long for a drink.

Absolute pleasure to deal with!! We used Gathering events at a work function to help celebrate the 10 year anniversary of our business. Jen, Adam and their team were fantastic throughout the whole process keeping up communication prior to the event and then rolling out excellent service on the day. We booked Gathering Events for our wedding in April, we booked the timber pop-up bar and the caravan bar, Jen was so amazing and easy to deal with she was so helpful with my many questions and helped to bring the vision of what we hoped our wedding day would look like to life. We had a lot of requests and Gathering Events fulfilled all of them and more!
