"Employing an eco-friendly ethos, Viv and Cien’s moody garden wedding played out at Brisbane’s eclectic French restaurant, Vieille Branche. Peppermint Photography captured their sultry affair, snapping away at all the right moments; from the first kiss to getting lo-ow on the d’floor.

From the indoor ceremony at the lofty restaurant, the celebration moved to the venue’s lush garden, which was decked with vibrant wall murals, abundant potted plants and billowing greenery.

The one thing we couldn’t take our eyes off at this relaxed affair was the food! An ethically-conscious couple, Viv and Cien organised a delectable vegan/vegetarian feast by The Canape Project and fairytale-like cakes from Wild Canary – how delicious do they look? Family and friends also pitched in to the divine dessert smorgasbord, which we reckon could have come straight from the Great Hall at Hogwarts.

Environmentally-friendly practices were an important consideration for Viv and Cien’s wedding day – and we are absolutely digging the result. From seeded paper invites, to environmentally conscious dinnerware and only choosing vendors with a green-friendly ethos."

We were thrilled to be part of Viv and Cien's wedding, and loved all the finer details prepared to perfectly suit their guests. From the pre-reception cocktail hour in the garden area featuring our caravan bar, to our bar staff looking after tray service to make sure all guests were ready to cheers. Working with the couple, we were also able to help them plan and prepare a beautiful selection of wines, sparkling and craft beer for the bar menu. When all the guests went inside the venue, we managed their internal bar as well.
