Our stylish travelling mobile caravan bar will be the true life of your wedding or event, with our bartenders and wait staff keeping your guests refreshed and entertained. Our mobile drinks van is available to hire anytime and anywhere, and is the perfect mobile bar for halls, venues, homes, parks, farms, churches, gardens or warehouses.
We also have a range of additional portable bar services you can add to any of our vintage caravan bar packages, to include fun extras such as cocktail service and bartender hire.
Operating and catering as a mobile BYO bar, our bartenders and wait staff will manage your full bar service.
In a nutshell, our pop-up caravan bar is a fully operational portable event bar, fully decked out and designed with fridge's, sinks and benches fuel one killer party.
Our outdoor drinks van is only 3m in length, and our experts can make sure it can fit snugly into your event space. It looks perfect, lined up next to a food truck.
We can also work directly with your venue or catering company to ensure beverages are available and flowing for service. Our qualified (and charming) bartenders, cocktail bartender and wait staff serve champagne, wine, beer, iced refreshments, tea & coffee and cocktails.
Oh, and we love to travel far and wide, with our bar service available to hire for your wedding or event in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Byron Bay, Ipswich and Toowoomba.
Please note: All beverages are to be supplied to Gathering Events by the client, event organiser, venue or catering company. Additional travel (outside Brisbane CBD), is $80+ GST per hour. Our caravan bar requires a flat service of approximately 4.5m long and 2.5m wide.
