On a Sunday in September, Brisbane BMW chauffeured a select number of guests to an unbeknownst location. In the glow of the spring sun, guests were treated to live music, lavish catering, outdoor games and tests drives through the winding countryside in the all new, opulent BMW X4. Providing BMW’s guests with drinks for the afternoon was our team of handsome bartenders, managing our mobile Pop Up Bar.

The location was revealed to be the Monte Vista Polo Field, situated in the stunning Brisbane hinterland. Guests mingled with representatives of Queensland Polo and were treated to a demonstration. However, the polo field could not claim the horsepower crown of the event. That accolade was reserved for the All New X4, which was available for the guests to explore at their leisure. Guests were taken on test drives across the sprawling property by BMW drivers, to take in the luxury car experience.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with BMW on this corporate popup event; they enlisted our Pop Up Bar and Bartender Services to serve drinks to their guests throughout the launch. A brilliant day was had by all - champagne and being chauffeured in a brand-new BMW couldn’t be anything but spectacular. BMW chose our BYOB Drinks Option (you provide the drinks and we take care of the rest) and catered the menu to drinks of their choosing. Underneath the magnificent canvas tent and the glow of the overhead string lights, guests leisurely enjoyed their tipple of choice to accompany the decadent catering.

Taking charge of the bar, we took great pride in providing them with high-class service, receiving a wonderful testimonial from the event organisers.
